In addition to the Submission Guidelines appearing on page 1, the assignment is to be completed individually. The submission into the specific assignment drop box in Moodle is to be made by each student individually.

This assignment is comprised is a single academic paper discussing a case, and is marked out of 15marks.

Required:
You are to write an academic paper critically explaining the difference between an Enterprise System such as SAP and an Accounting system which maintains accounting records.
In your answer you are to:
1. Demonstrate what operational areas would be covered by each system
2.  Critically analyse the differences in the electronic documents that may be used in each system for input and output, especially identifying the form of recording under each system, and explain the way such documentary records may be stored.
3. The assignment must be prepared as a short academic paper

You must cover the three points indicated above in your answer.
