1.3 Deliverables - outline three (3) major deliverables for the project. Examples of deliverables are efficiency, improved performance, affective organisational communication, culture change, team enhancement, etc.
1.4 Assumptions – identify one (1) assumption about the project. An assumption is an element of the project that is presumed to be accurate, that is not known.
1.5 Roles and Responsibilities – outline the roles and responsibilities of those involved in the project. Each part of the scope should be connected to the task lead, be it a
manager, technical expert, junior technologist, or any other person on the project team.

2. Resource Planning
Create a resource schedule showing resource use over the lifetime of the project. The below list must be included in developing the budget.
• Resources required to complete the project
• Timeframes for the consumption of each resource
• Quantity of each resource required per day, week and/or month

3. Project Time Management
Gantt Chart - Prepare a basic Gantt chart to demonstrate the activities and timeline for the project. This must clearly group the deliverables.
