She also needs a reliable internet connection to ensure she did not miss any orders from her clients. Alice has a family of 4. Her kids would frequently use the internet to participate in remote learning sessions in a school. In the non-working hours, Alice would watch Netflix/Cable News with her family. 
 

Customer 2: S&C Lawyer is a small specialised law-firm with 3 employees [at Adelaide]. The main clients are international firms in ASEAN countries, especially those in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. The small team frequently talks to their clients via Zoom and travels to different ASEAN countries every month. 
 

Your report should have the following items: 

• A survey that describes the significant telecommunication companies in the country, the technologies they provided (NBN, 4G, SG, Satellite Internet, Cable Broadband etc), and the associated plan details (cost, setup time, coverage etc) for these technologies.
• For each customer, you should provide at least two options: one option focuses on the budget while another focuses on the quality and reliability of the service. Each option should satisfy customers' communication and business need. Your report should report the annual costs of these options.
• Your report should provide your customers with reasons why you recommended these plans and pros/cons about them.
